Sunset licenses are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If Sunset isn't the right fit, let us know and we'll take care of it.
Send us a message through our form or email support@remoterlabs.com. Please include the email address used for the purchase or your license key so we can locate your order quickly.
Once a refund is processed, your license key will be revoked and Sunset's RAW editing features will no longer be available. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. See the End User License Agreement for full license terms.
