Sunset is licensed, not sold. RemoterLabs LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Sunset desktop application under the terms described in this agreement.
You may use the free version of Sunset without a license key to browse, organize, geotag, and import your photos. You can also use external editors at no cost and try the built-in RAW editor to evaluate how it works with your photos.
Exporting or saving changes made in the built-in RAW editor requires a paid license. A Sunset license covers a specific product-year range, which is shown on the purchase page at the time of purchase. You can keep using the covered app versions forever, subject to this agreement.
Each license can be activated on up to two computers. If you need to move your license to a new computer, use the license recovery feature or .
Your license key may not be shared, resold, published, or used to bypass activation. If your key is shared publicly, RemoterLabs may revoke it.
Refunds follow the refund policy. Refunded licenses are revoked and RAW editing features will no longer be available.
RemoterLabs may release updates to Sunset at its discretion. Updates within your covered product-year range are included with your license.
Sunset makes limited network requests for license validation, update checks, model downloads, and map data. These are described in the privacy policy.
Support is provided through the support page. During launch week, we review support requests daily and aim to respond to purchase, license, install, and data-safety issues within 1 business day.
Sunset is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. RemoterLabs does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
RemoterLabs is not responsible for photo library loss, workflow interruption, or data corruption. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. In no event shall RemoterLabs be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Sunset, except where applicable law prohibits this limitation.
